Complesso articolato in quattro edifici con forma ad “Y” al fine di garantire la massima vista sul sottostante porto degli Aregai e consentire nello stesso tempo la mitigazione paesaggistica attraverso l’uso di macchie alberate. I materiali di facciata sono quelli della tradizione navale per garantire una buona conservazione nel tempo. Le coperture visibili dalla statale Aurelia sono trattate a verde ed ospitano elementi solari sia termici che fotovoltaici.

In order to provide a view to the “degli Aregai” port and at the same time to mitigate the visual impact of the building with trees, the building have an “Y” form. The materials used on the façades are the same used in the nautic tradition in order to guarantee the duration  in time of the building. The roof surfaces, on sight from the Aurelia avenue were covered in green. The project considers the use of solar panels.
